Monaco star Lemar was handed a high profile opportunity to impress his suitors last night as France took on England.
According to bookies SkyBet, Tottenham Hotspur are current favourites to sign the winger, priced at 10/11 on.
Last night was Lemar’s fifth international cap for France, and his first start.
He was up against England full-back Kieran Trippier, a potential teammate at Spurs next year, who was selected ahead of Kyle Walker. Walker came on at left-back for Ryan Bertrand at half-time.

Lemar scored 14 goals and provided 14 assists last season for Monaco, including netting against Tottenham in the Champions League.
A report in The Telegraph this week warned that Monaco are unlikely to let Lemar leave, as they do not want to lose him and Tiemoue Bakayoko, who appears to be heading to Chelsea.
This means it would really take a head turning offer from Spurs in order to convince the Ligue 1 champions to sell.
