Investment manager AMP Capital said on Wednesday it hired one analyst from Royal Bank of Canada and one from Deutsche Bank to manage funds investing in listed real estate and infrastructure firms.

In the meantime, Reuters reports that Deutsche Bank has hired Alexandra Cannon as a director in leveraged loan sales, rounding out moves on the bank’s New York loan sales and trading teams, according to sources.

Cannon, who was previously a salesperson at Barclays, will start at Deutsche Bank in July, reporting to Alex Bici, head of par loan sales, North America, the sources said.

Finally, Bloomberg News reports that Evercore Partners, the investment bank founded by Roger Altman, is planning to hire Elias Mouawad from Bank of America to run its new Dubai office as part of the bank’s Middle East expansion plans, according to people familiar with the matter.

Mouawad - who’s a director for Middle East and North Africa, helping to manage Bank of America’s business in Qatar - will join the boutique adviser as a managing director responsible for Middle East operations, the people said, asking not to be identified as the information is private.
