West Ham United are the new favourites to sign Eupen forward Henry Onyekuru, reports Sky Sports.
West Ham are said to be one of seven Premier League clubs, including Arsenal and Swansea City, in talks to sign Onyekuru, who has lit up Belgium’s top flight with 22 goals and nine assists in what is his first ever season at that level.
And it is claimed that the player will fly to England on Monday for discussions with interested parties.
Earlier this week, the Mirror reported that Arsenal had agreed a £6.8 million deal with Eupen, only to be told they would need to increase their offer to £7.85 million in order to comply with work permit regulations.

But according to Sky Sports, Onyekuru, who can operate anywhere across the front line, is not the only attacking player to feature on West Ham’s summer shortlist.
Crystal Palace’s Christian Benteke and Nice’s Alassane Plea are also listed as targets for Hammers boss Slaven Bilic, along with Chelsea’s Michy Batshuayi, who has been strongly linked with a move to the London Stadium in recent weeks.

Benteke cost Palace £26.5 million a year ago, and has rewarded the Eagles with 17 goals in 40 games in all competitions.
Plea scored 14 goals in 32 games throughout 2016-17, but is currently sidelined with a meniscus tear.
