The French striker has been in great form on loan at Marseille this term.
Swansea City's Bafetimbi Gomis warms up
Swansea City fans may be forgiven for forgetting that Bafetimbi Gomis is still technically their player. The 31-year-old striker last played for the club 12 months ago.
He had an impressive start to life in South Wales, scoring 10 goals in his first season and netting four in four at the start of the 2015-16 campaign. But his form dried up and he was loaned out to Marseille in June 2016.

He has since had an excellent campaign in France. He was made captain of the side and scored 21 goals in 33 appearances for the club. That form saw some Swansea fans wonder if he perhaps deserved another chance at the Liberty Stadium, where he has one year remaining on his contract.
However, according to reports in Turkey, he is on his way to Galatasaray.

CNN Turkey is reporting that Swansea and Gala have come to an agreement over a fee for the player.
He will join on a three-year deal with Galatasaray’s sporting director Cenk Ergun heading to France tomorrow (31/05/2017) to conclude talks with the Swansea player over a move.
Swansea fans will hope they do not live to regret not handing him another season to impress at the Liberty.
