Celtic won against Heart of Midlothian on Sunday to finish the Scottish Premiership campaign without suffering a single defeat.
Celtic ended the 2016-17 Scottish Premiership campaign with a 2-0 victory over Heart of Midlothian at Celtic Park at the weekend.
Leigh Griffiths put the Hoops in the lead on Sunday afternoon five minutes into the second half, and Stuart Armstrong doubled the advantage on 76 minutes.
The win means that Brendan Rodgers’s side have ended the season with 106 points from 38 matches, as many as 30 points clear of runners-up Aberdeen.
Celtic have not only won the Scottish Premiership title, but they have also gone the entire league campaign without losing a single match.
The Hoops have been ‘Invincible’ this season, and Celtic defender Erik Sviatchenko has posted a simple but strong message on social networking site Twitter.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at Celtic Park on Sunday afternoon, hosts Celtic had 66% of the possession, took 19 shots of which five were on target, and earned three corners, according to BBC Sport.
The Bhoys, who have also won the Scottish League Cup this season, have progressed to the final of the Scottish Cup.
