According to the report, Newcastle scouts have regularly watched Celtic left-back Tierney at Celtic Park this season.
Liverpool and Arsenal are also interested in securing the services of the 19-year-old, according to The Daily Star.
Premier League quality?
Tierney is one of the best young players in entire Europe, and has already established himself as a key figure in the current Celtic team.
The Scotland international is still very young and is developing, and perhaps it is a bit too early for him to move to the Premier League.
While one can understand the attraction of Liverpool, Arsenal and Newcastle, it would be wise of the teenager to stay at Celtic for one more season and develop his game further.
Tierney has scored three goals in 71 appearances in all competitions for Celtic so far in his career.
