The Spanish striker has no shortage of suitors and now you can add Everton to the mix.

According to a report from the print edition of Spanish newspaper AS (03/05/2017), Everton have joined the race for Malaga forward Sandro Ramirez.

The 21-year-old has been in fine form this season, scoring 15 goals in 28 matches, and when you consider his release clause is less than £5.1million (as reported by Sport last month), he could be one of the Merseyside club’s most astute signings of recent times.

The former Barcelona youngster is one of the most exciting attacking talents in Spain and he would be a brilliant addition to Everton’s squad.

With the Toffees over reliant on Romelu Lukaku this season, and the Belgian’s long-term future still in doubt, Everton manager Ronald Koeman will understand the importance of bringing in quality reinforcements and Sandro definitely fits the bill.

There is no shortage of clubs interested in Sandro, but Everton are going in only one direction and if Koeman can convince the player to ignore their Premier League rivals and join an exciting young squad at Goodison Park, it would be a masterstroke.

Only time will tell, but the fact that Everton are now being linked with some very exciting prospects from across Europe speaks volumes about their progress.
