Tottenham Hotspur are spoiled for choice when it comes to goalkeepers. Hugo Lloris is a world-class operator whilst Michel Vorm in reserve would walk into most Premier League teams.

Pau Lopez os also on loan at the club, the Spanish youngster a top talent with a bright future.

But do not forget Luke McGee.

The 21-year-old Londoner has plenty of promise and has shown that this season on loan at Peterborough United.

So should Tottenham be giving him more of a chance, rather than signing Lopez permanently?

The Spaniard is currently on loan from Espanyol, but Spurs have the option to sign him for £6 million, which Spanish source Sport claimed Mauricio Pochettino was ready to activate in February.

But it seems a waste of money when they have a top talent of their own already at the club who could go on to have a fine career between the sticks for Tottenham Hotspur.

Spurs should save themselves £6 million, and stick by the talent of McGee.
