Ross Barkley names the Tottenham Hotspur duo good enough for Barcelona

Tottenham Hotspur duo Harry Kane and Dele Alli and Manchester City duo John Stones and Raheem Sterling are good enough for Barcelona, suggests Everton’s Ross Barkley.

Everton attacking midfielder Ross Barkley has told The Daily Mail that four of his England teammates would look unbelievable in the Barcelona team.

Barkley believes that Manchester City duo John Stones and Raheem Sterling and Tottenham Hotspur pair Harry Kane and Dele Alli would fit into the Barcelona side.

“Look at John Stones, Harry Kane, Raheem Sterling, Dele Alli,” the 23-year-old told The Daily Mail. “Put them in the Barcelona side and they would look unbelievable. Technically, they are outstanding. Quality.”

Tottenham Hotspur pair

Kane is one of the best strikers in the Premier League and is scoring goals for fun at the moment. The England international has been banging in the goals regularly for Spurs for the past two-and-a-half years.

The 23-year-old has scored 17 goals and created 29 chances in 21 Premier League matches for Tottenham so far this campaign.

Alli is only 20 years of age and is one of the best young midfielders in entire Europe. The England international’s development and progress at Tottenham has been stunning.

Manchester City duo

Stones joined Manchester City from Everton in the summer of 2016. The 22-year-old centre-back has made mistakes on occasions, but his overall performances have been encouraging.

Sterling is also 22 years old. The former Liverpool youngster, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, has scored six goals and created 33 chances in 23 Premier League matches for City so far this season.
