Fabregas is one of the best players in the Premier League and played an important role in Chelsea’s title triumph in 2014-15.

The Spain international midfielder, though, is not guaranteed a place in the Blues’ starting lineup under current manager Antonio Conte.
The former Arsenal star has been able to feature in 16 Premier League matches for Chelsea so far this campaign, scoring two goals and creating 24 chances in the process.
