West Ham United co-chairman David Gold has claimed on social networking site Twitter that Andy Carroll will return to action later this month.
Gold has stated that the England international striker will be fit to feature against Watford away from home at Vicarage Road in the Premier League on February 25.

The 28-year-old former Newcastle United and Liverpool man did not feature against West Bromwich Albion at the London Stadium in the league match on Saturday afternoon.


Carroll has established himself as an important player for West Ham in recent weeks and is playing quite well at the moment.

The striker has scored six goals and created eight chances in 12 Premier League matches for the Hammers so far this season.
