Leeds United were beaten 2-0 by Cardiff City at Elland Road yesterday.
Cardiff City boss Neil Warnock has informed BBC Sport that he told Sol Bamba to keep it simple ahead of his return to Leeds United – as the Elland Road crowd would have been expecting him to make a mistake.
Bamba left Leeds last summer, and made return to the Whites yesterday yesterday – as Cardiff picked up an impressive 2-0 win.
Bamba’s performance was excellent, and Warnock was pleased that the central-defender didn’t make an error.

“I said to those two, especially Sol, you don’t have to prove anything, just be a centre half today,” Warnock said.
“Don’t start dribbling and doing stupid things, well the Leeds fans expect him to, and I thought he played a typical centre-half role.”
Cardiff set up to defend deep against Leeds, and they did a good job of frustrating the hosts.

Leeds struggled to break down the stubborn resistance of the Bluebirds, and left themselves exposed on the break.
The Whites were punished when Sean Morrison and Kenneth Zohore scored for Cardiff, to provide Warnock’s side with the three points.
Leeds have now lost their last two matches, and they are under pressure to get back to winning ways to protect their place in the play offs.
Garry Monk’s side are next in action when they take on Bristol City on Tuesday evening.
