Former Crystal Palace chairman Simon Jordan comments on Aston Villa manager Steve Bruce.

Simon Jordan has mocked Steve Bruce’s decision to leave Crystal Palace for Birmingham City on social networking site Twitter.

Bruce, now in charge of Championship club Aston Villa, was appointed the Palace manager on May 31, 2001, as reported by The Telegraph.

Villa are 14th in the Championship table at the moment with 36 points from 29 matches.

The Villans are eight points above the relegation zone and 13 points behind Sheffield Wednesday, who are currently sixth in the standings and occupy the final playoff spot.

Bruce’s side are likely to miss out on a top-six finish in the Championship this season.
