Can Moussa Dembele score 30 goals for Celtic this season?
Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has told The Glasgow Evening Times that Moussa Dembele will score at least 30 goals this season.
Dembele, who joined Celtic in the summer of 2016 after leaving Fulham at the end of the 2015-16 campaign, has found the net 23 times in all competitions so far this season.

The France Under-21 international, who was the subject of interest from Chelsea in the January transfer window according to The Glasgow Evening Times, has established himself as a key player for Rodgers and one of the best forwards in the Scottish Premiership.

Rodgers has backed Dembele to score at least 30 goals in all competitions for the Glasgow giants this campaign.

“I think he will do,” Rodgers told The Glasgow Evening Times. “We still have a lot of games and we create a lot of chances. That was the objective when I came in to be attack minded. If he puts the chances away then he should do [hit 30].”

Given Dembele’s performances this season and the way Celtic are battering everyone in the Scottish Premiership, there is a very good chance that he could hit the 30-goal mark.
Against St Johnstone away from home on Sunday afternoon, the 20-year-old forward scored a hat-trick after coming on as a substitute to help the Hoops to a 5-2 victory.
