Vincent Janssen has hailed Tottenham team-mate Heung-min Son.
Tottenham Hotspur striker Vincent Janssen has told the club’s official website that team-mate Heung-min Son has enjoyed an ‘incredible’ season so far.
Tottenham endured a difficult FA Cup fourth round clash against League Two side Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday afternoon, as they fell 2-0 down to two first half goals from Paul Hayes.
Winger Heung-min Son got Spurs back into the game before Vincent Janssen equalised with a penalty, only for Garry Thompson to put Wycombe back in front to put Spurs on the verge of a shock FA Cup exit.

However, Dele Alli again equalised for Spurs before Son struck in the 97th minute to send Tottenham into the fourth round of the competition by the skin of their teeth.
Tottenham’s fringe players again struggled, but Son impressed with his two goals, meaning he has now found the net 11 times in 27 games this season.

The South Korean international has now hit five goals in his last seven appearances Tottenham, but he’s started just one Premier League game in 2017, with the wide man still being limited in terms of playing time, starting just half of Spurs’ league games.
Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen are currently starring behind Harry Kane in Mauricio Pochettino’s 3-4-2-1 system, meaning Son has to make do with a place on the bench, settling for cameo appearances.
However, Son has now been hailed by team-mate Vincent Janssen, with the Dutch striker telling Tottenham’s official website that Son’s has been ‘incredible’ this season, adding that he’s a quality player who is very important for the club.
“If you see what Sonny has done all season, it’s incredible,” said Janssen. “He’s done well in every game and when he is on the pitch he shows what he can do. He is working very hard as well and you can see what kind of qualities he has. “
“He’s a very, very good player, he helped us today and he’s helped us all season. He’s very important for us. He has a lot of quality, you see that every day and I’m happy for him that he showed it again today. He was very important and he got us through to the next round,” he added.
