Just one of the top three players is still available to West Ham going into the final days of the window.

The results from HITC Sport’s poll looking at the players that West Ham fans want their club to target this week are in, but which player did 43% of Hammers fans who responded vote for?

Here is the top three…

3. Robert Snodgrass (21%)

In third place in HITC Sport’s poll is the man that West Ham have already signed. Robert Snodgrass has moved to the London Stadium for £10.2 million (via BBC Sport). Given how well he has played in the Premier League this year, the fact that he pulled in around a fifth of the vote is probably down to the fact that he signed a couple of days ago, rather than because West Ham fans being disappointed.

2. M’Baye Niang (26%)

Another player who fans will not be hearing much about during the final days of the window is M’Baye Niang as, like Snodgrass, his future for this month is already decided. Niang has joined Premier League rivals Watford on loan, but with an option to make the move permanent in the summer for £13.5 million (via Guardian). It appears that some Hammers supporters are disappointed to have missed out on him as he bagged more than a quarter of the vote.

1. Scott Hogan (43%)

The man nearly half of the West Ham fans who voted in HITC Sport’s poll want to see arrive before the deadline is Brentford striker Scott Hogan. The Bees man has been brilliant this season, so it will undoubtedly please many Irons supporters to know that the deal for Hogan appears to be close as the Daily Star recently suggested that it would happen once Dimitri Payet had left the club.
