Aston Villa, Norwich City and Brighton & Hove Albion are all said to be interested in Amari’i Bell.

According to a report in the Daily Star, Aston Villa, Norwich City and Brighton & Hove Albion are all chasing Fleetwood Town prospect Amari’i Bell.

Bell has impressed at League One level this term, and is now seen as a Championship player in the making.

Villa, Norwich and Brighton all feel as if he could be a good addition, and could make an offer in the coming days.

Norwich are said to have made Bell their first choice replacement for Martin Olsson, who left to join Swansea City earlier this week.

It is anticipated that the Canaries could submit an offer in the near future, but that could make Villa and Brighton respond.

Villa currently have Jordan Amavi at left-back, and Bell would be unlikely to displace the Frenchman in Steve Bruce’s starting line-up this season.

Brighton also have a settled defence, meaning Bell may have to bide his time for a chance at the AMEX Stadium.

Bell is believed to be happy at Fleetwood, but his loyalty could be tested if a higher placed club comes in for him.
