Jonathan Calleri has not made a Premier League start for West Ham United.

Slaven Bilic admits that Jonathan Calleri is trying everything to break into his West Ham United team, but has little chance of playing currently.

Calleri was brought to West Ham last summer on a loan deal, but it has not worked out as hoped.

The Argentine striker is yet to make a Premier League start, and he seems well out of the first-team picture at the London Stadium.

The London Evening Standard have suggested that Calleri would be interested in cutting his loan at West Ham short to return to Santos.

And Bilic admitted that a departure could be a possibility, if Calleri does want to move on.

Calleri has not looked up to standard when he has played for West Ham so far this term.

The 23-year-old has struggled to make any sort of impact when he has played, and is yet to score for the London club.

Andy Carroll looks to be West Ham’s first choice striker at the moment, and Bilic also wants to add a new striker in the January transfer window.
