West Bromwich Albion and Norwich City are both said to be tracking Peterborough United’s Chris Forrester.

According to a report in the Irish Independent, Norwich City and West Bromwich Albion are both tracking Peterborough United midfielder Chris Forrester.

Forrester has gone from strength to strength since arriving in English football from St. Pats in the summer of 2015.

The Irish midfielder arrived at the ABAX Stadium as an attacking midfielder, but he has been utilised as a number six since moving to Posh.

Forrester’s passing range has caught the eye, and he has quickly risen to become Peterborough’s captain.

Norwich and West Brom now believe that the midfielder is ready to take a step up the divisions.

The Baggies and the Canaries both had scouts watching Forrester in his most recent outing, which came against Chelsea in the FA Cup.

Forrester impressed against Antonio Conte’s side, and there are now suggestions that West Brom and Norwich could make a move in January.

If either of the pair are to sign Forrester, they are likely to have to spend big to land him from Peterborough, who are determined to keep hold of the midfielder until the end of the season at the very least.
