The Argentine has flopped since his move to West Ham in the summer.
West Ham United flop Jonathan Calleri appears to have plenty of options as he looks to end his nightmare spell at the London Stadium.
The Guardian is reporting that the Argentine has five teams chasing after his signature, as he gets set to cancel his agreement with the Hammers.
They claim that Spanish side Las Palmas, Italian outfits Fiorentina and Sampdoria as well as Turkish giants Galatasaray and Brazilian club Gremio are all keen on the player.
It was recently reported by Marca that the La Liga side were set to win the race for the player – but it appears competition is fiercer than first thought.
West Ham fought hard in the summer to sign a big-name striker but in the end made moves to sign both Calleri and Simone Zaza on loan. Both flopped, with the Italian also set to leave the club this month.
The 23-year-old has played nine times for the Hammers in all competitions this season and scored zero goals so West Ham fans are not likely to be disappointed if he does exit the club this month.
Any deal would not involve West Ham. Calleri is on loan from Uruguayan club Deportivo Maldonado, from whom one of the interested clubs would be doing their business.
