Rangers fans have been reacting on Twitter after a report suggested that Michael O'Halloran could be set for the Ibrox exit, and it is safe to say that many were less than happy about the rumours.
Rangers' Michael O'Halloran
And perhaps surprisingly, Rangers are ready to leave the path clear for O'Halloran to leave the club on loan in an attempt to free up funds to go after their own transfer targets, the Record reports.
Many of the Gers supporters who have voiced their concerns on social media feel that it would be a big mistake to allow the former Scotland under-21 international to leave this month as he has hardly been given a chance to show what he is capable of since arriving last January.
Rangers manager Mark Warburton
O'Halloran has made 13 league appearances for the Light Blues this term, but has started just five times. And while he is yet to score or register an assist in the top flight, his performances have often been bright and have hinted that he was capable of becoming a success with the club.
But it appears that he may now not be given the chance. And Rangers supporters do not seem best pleased about the possibility of O'Halloran leaving.
I think it's a disgrace if it's true Rangers are willing to let O'halloran go out on loan, guys no had near enough of an opportunity. #RFC— D A V I D N I M M O (@Nimsay1872) 11 January 2017

O'Halloran couldn't lace McKays boots, wasn't good enough to sign for Rangers and in his limited games he proved that.— Robert (@_SquirrelNutkin) 6 January 2017

Big fan of O'Halloran! Surprised that Warburton doesn't fancy him, has pace & skill in abundance. Good talent, should be in Scotland set-up. https://t.co/0ICAfk8BqU— Lewis Anderson (@LewisAndo123) 11 January 2017
