HITC Sport understands Swansea City want Santiago Arias and Luciano Narsingh
Swansea City are looking to agree a double deal with PSV Eindhoven for Luciano Narsingh and Santiago Arias, but they are waiting for Paul Clement to give the green-light, HITC Sport understands.
Swansea’s hierarchy had already put a number of deals in place before Clement’s arrival, but before splashing millions on new names, they are going through their targets with their new boss to make sure he approves their capture.
Swansea are looking at playing PSV around £12million for the pair – Narsingh a Dutch international winger, and Arias a Colombian international full back.
The 24-year-old Arias has been closely followed by a number of Premier League clubs in the last 12-months, with both Chelsea and Leicester City amongst those to keep tabs on him.

Now Swansea feel Arias would add some much need quality to their defence, and he will take up the majority of the £12million fee, as Narsingh is out-of-contract in the summer.
Narsingh was the subject of a bid from West Bromwich Albion last summer, but they couldn't get a deal done on deadline day, but now Swansea believe he could be a major boost to them.
Clement is expected to sanction both deals, allowing Swansea to push ahead with the deals next week.
