Leeds United star Hadi Sacko had numerous chances to win his side all three points last night.

The Whites were unlucky not to win against Aston Villa last night, after missing an array of chances, with Hadi Sacko being the main offender, and the Frenchman admitted the need for him to improve his finishing, during an interview with French media outlet Sud-Ouest.

The 22-year-old is currently on a season-long loan at Elland Road, and has played in every single one of Leeds' 24 Championship games so far this term, scoring twice and chipping in with three assists.

But Sacko insisted that he must improve his scoring touch, when speaking to Sud-Ouest, admitting that his profligacy in front of goal is something that he is determined to eradicate from his game:

"That is true that I must be more clinical. The lack of efficiency in front of goal is one of my main problems. I am particularly upset about the second chance against Villa. I have to make my move faster. When I face the goalkeeper, I check too much, which allows the defender to get back."

Garry Monk will certainly be hoping that Sacko can improve upon his goal return during the second half of the campaign, as his side look to make a push towards the automatic promotion spots.

Next up for the West Yorkshire outfit is a home game against Rotherham United on Monday, and with the Millers having shipped 52 goals in 24 league outings thus far, there will not be a better chance for Sacko to find his scoring touch.
