The teenage midfielder is hoping to make his Palace debut this weekend.

Crystal Palace take on Chelsea this afternoon and Alan Pardew has again included young midfielder Noor Husin on the bench for the Eagles.

The creative talent was on the bench for the recent game against Manchester United but outside of Palace he is not likely to be a player that is known to many a football fan.

So what can we tell you about the teenager hoping to make his first-team debut for Palace today?

Here are four facts on Noor Husin.

1) Husin was born in Mazar-e-Sharif in Afghanistan before moving from the war-torn country to the United Kingdom.

2) The 19-year-old came through the ranks at Reading and was released in the summer. After impressing on trial, Palace signed him in the summer.

3) Spent two months on loan at Hemel Hempstead last season, where he scored three times in 10 games.

4) Husin will no doubt hope to get on and make his debut today. A quick look at his Twitter account appears to confirm he is a Chelsea fan and he would no doubt love to face his team.
