The Frenchman would be keen on a Premier League move.

The agent of French striker Sebastien Haller has been discussing the interest in his clients’ services for January – with Tottenham Hotspur one team said to be keen.

The 22-year-old is currently playing for Dutch side FC Utrecht and has been in fine form for the club.

This has seen him linked with plenty of teams in the past and, again ahead of the January transfer window.

Loic Gustan has been speaking to Calcio Mercato this week and he was asked whether Tottenham or Inter Milan were his preference for the future. This was his answer:

Gareth Bale Is BACK...FIVE Months Late

“We are ready to pick a better project than Utrecht’s. Anything can happen in January.

“No he hasn’t (any preference). He can play in every club, doesn’t matter if it’s in Premier League or Serie A. Inter are a famous and popular club, everybody would like to play for them.

“We have had no offers from Italy yet, but if negotiations begin, why not? It could even happen in January.”

Tottenham are said to be keen on the signature of another striker in the winter after the early struggles of Vincent Janssen at the club.

They have been linked with Haller before. In April Spurs were said to be tracking the Frenchman by the London Evening Standard.

Tottenham’s Vincent Janssen

He has a good scoring record with his Dutch club. This season he has netted five goals in 13 games and scored 19 in 37 last term.

Spurs’ worry of course will be the league in which he plays in. The Eredivisie can sometimes be something of a red herring in regards to striking talent, as Spurs have discovered to a degree with summer signing Janssen.
