The winger is yet to really make an impact since completing his summer move to West Ham.
A report in The Sun has claimed that West Ham United want to terminate Gokhan Tore’s loan deal with the club, but face an uphill battle getting Besiktas to take him back.
The 24-year-old has made five Premier League appearances since his arrival in the summer, but apart from the assist for the winning goal in the game against Bournemouth in August, he is yet to really make an impact for Slaven Bilic’s men.

And with the winger currently sidelined with a thigh injury, The Sun reports that the Hammers hope to negotiate a very early end to his loan spell.
However, his parent club may need some convincing about bringing him back, after the side’s chairman quashed any talk of a premature return for Tore.

“We will definitely get one or two players in because of injuries but 100 per cent there is not a chance that Tore will come back to Besiktas,” he said, as reported by The Sun.
With The Sun reporting that the Turkey international is currently earning £40,000 a week with the Irons, it does make sense for West Ham to seek to terminate the deal if he is unlikely to feature often for the duration of his loan.
Freeing up that kind of money could hand Bilic greater funds to work with during the January transfer window. And with the side struggling this term, what they do during that month could be crucial to whether they manage to turn their campaign around.
