Visitors Derby had 51% of the possession, took 16 shots of which nine were on target, and earned nine corners, according to BBC Sport.
The Rams are 16th in the Championship table at the moment with 20 points from 16 matches.
Steve McClaren’s side are six points above the relegation zone and six behind Leeds United, who are currently sixth in the standings and occupy the final playoff spot.
Derby will take on Rotherham United at the iPro Stadium in the Championship after the international break.
