Aston Villa fans are split on the Australia international – or so it seems.

Aston Villa made it back-to-back wins in the Championship on Saturday by beating Fulham 1-0 at Villa Park.
Jonathan Kodjia’s acrobatic effort on 80 minutes was enough as Aston Villa followed up the morale-boosting 2-1 win at Reading with another big victory yesterday.
It was the first time since May 2005 that the Villans registered two successive league victories in a fact which illustrates how poor they have been for about 18 months.

But things are going great under Steve Bruce – who replaced Roberto Di Matteo earlier this month – and the 55-year-old’s presence seems to be having a big impact, with Villa now just six points behind the top six in the race for a playoff berth.
One thing remains the same however – Mile Jedinak is still quite a divisive figure among Aston Villa fans.
The Australian midfielder joined the West Midlands side in a £4 million switch from Crystal Palace this past summer, but fans are not entirely convinced by the 32-year-old.

Over time, Jedinak, a proven Premier League talent, is likely to prove himself a good addition at Aston Villa and it may take a bit of patience from some supporters.
