Leicester City are reportedly interested in signing Brazilian striker Jonathan Cafu.
Jonathan Cafu in action for Ludogorets
Reports emanating from Italy today suggest that Leicester are the latest club to be linked with a move for Ludogorets’ Brazilian striker Jonathan Cafu, according to Italian sports outlet La Lazio Siamo Noi.
The Foxes spent heavily over the summer in a bid to aid their title defence, but they have struggled to reach the incredible heights of last term that led them to the Premier League title.

Cafu, 25, has been in fine form for the Bulgarian outfit this term, scoring four goals in eight appearances, and has helped his side take 19 points from a possible 24 so far this season.
Leicester already have Jamie Vardy, Ahmed Musa, Islam Slimani, Leonardo Ulloa and Shinji Okazaki amongst their forward options, so a move for another striker would seem unlikely, unless Claudio Ranieri plans to dispose of at least two of those names.

Cafu can, however, play anywhere along the front-line, so could provide another option for the Foxes in the wide attacking areas.
La Lazio Siamo Noi also report that the East Midlands outfit will face completion from Lyon and Lazio for the Brazilian’s signature, should they choose to follow up their reported interest.
