According to The Scottish Sun, Pep Guardiola is keen to bring Celtic left back Kieran Tierney to Manchester City, but Arsenal are also looking to sign him.
Tierney, 19, has come up through the ranks with Celtic having moved from the Isle of Man at a young age, with the left back joining the Bhoys way back in 2005.

Last season, Tierney broke into Ronny Deila’s first-team setup, and ended the campaign as first-choice ahead of long-serving Emilio Izaguirre.
Now under Brendan Rodgers, Tierney continues to impress, and starred as Celtic drew 3-3 with Manchester City in the Champions League last week.

It now seems that Tierney – who has earned one cap for Scotland – has caught the eye of City boss Pep Guardiola, with The Scottish Sun reporting that the Spaniard is now interested in signing Tierney.
It’s claimed that Guardiola was impressed with Tierney’s non-stop running up the left flank, and with questions over the futures of Gael Clichy and Aleksandar Kolarov, the Celtic teenager could be City’s long-term solution.

Factor in that City have struck up a strong partnership with Celtic over recent years having sent Jason Denayer, John Guidetti, Dedryck Boyata and Patrick Roberts to the Bhoys, and Guardiola may well be confident of snapping up one of Scotland’s top young tlanets.
However, it’s added that Arsenal are also looking at Tierney, meaning the two Premier League sides could spark a bidding war – which would be ideal for Celtic, as a huge fee would cushion the blow from losing Tierney.
