The 21-year-old midfielder is the subject of a club investigation after reportedly being involved in another off-field incident.

Aston Villa manager Roberto Di Matteo has warned Jack Grealish that he needs to “grow up very quickly” following his latest off-field indiscretion.
The likes of the Daily Mail have suggested that Grealish is set to be fined two weeks’ wages after he was allegedly involved in a rowdy party at a Birmingham hotel on Saturday night, when six police offers were said to have been called to the scene.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference ahead of Saturday’s visit of Newcastle United, Di Matteo confirmed that the club is conducting an internal investigation into the allegations and cautioned his star prospect about his behaviour.
“We were made aware of an incident at the weekend on Monday morning,” Di Matteo told reporters at his press conference. “We instantly started an internal investigation about it, which is still ongoing. When it is finished we will see what disciplinary action to take.
“We expect our players to behave in a professional manner at all times. When I was at Chelsea I remember there were a couple of youngsters coming through. They made some mistakes. Some learnt from it and went on to have great careers. Others didn’t learn from it and didn’t have such good careers.
“It’s important he understands what he has and that he needs to grow up very quickly.”

Grealish has been considered one of the brightest talents in English football since breaking into Villa’s first-team towards the end of the 2014-15 season, but he has also run into trouble several times over the past 18 months for his off-field conduct.
In April 2015, he was forced to apologise to then manager Tim Sherwood after pictures emerged of him inhaling nitrous oxide, while he was then reprimanded by the club last summer after being photographed lying allegedly drunk and unconscious on the street while holidaying in Tenerife.

The 21-year-old playmaker was also sent to train with Villa’s reserves by former boss Remi Garde last November after he was pictured in a Manchester nightclub just hours after the team’s 4-0 loss at Everton, leading him to miss two weeks of first-team action before being brought back into the squad.
Having also struggled with injuries last term, the England Under-21 international ended up making just 11 starts in 21 total appearances over the course of the campaign, losing all 16 Premier League games he featured in as the club finished bottom of the table with a mere 17 points.
He has made an encouraging start to the current campaign in the Championship, however, netting two goals in eight matches and putting pen to paper on a new contract until 2020.
