Liverpool have impressed with a string of fine displays this term.

The Reds are reportedly set to offer £25 million for Borussia Monchengladbach's Mahmoud Dahoud in January, according to the Express.
Liverpool have made an impressive start to their Premier League campaign, with many of Jurgen Klopp's new signings impressing during the early stages of the season, and now it seems as though the German wants to strengthen his options further still.
The Express report that Klopp sent a team of scouts to watch the 20-year-old during his side's 4-0 Champions League defeat at Manchester City on Wednesday night.

Dahoud has made 46 appearances for the Bundesliga outfit during his three-year spell with the club, and has scored five goals.
Centre midfield is one area that the Reds could most definitely strengthen, with the club still looking for a long-term successor to Steven Gerrard.
Whilst the Germany under-21 international cannot be classed in the same league as the Kop legend at the moment, he has frightening amounts of potential, and under the tutelage of Klopp, he could become one of Liverpool's greats, should a move come to fruition.

The report also claims that Liverpool tried to sign Dahoud in the summer, but the German side refused to sell.
He is, however, now refusing to sign a new deal at the club, and the report claims that they could now be wiling to sell the youngster, whose contract expires in 2018.
