West Bromwich Albion have agreed a deal with PSV Eindhoven for Jurgen Locadia, HITC Sport understands.
The highly-rated 22-year-old has been tracked by a host of clubs, but The Baggies have pushed ahead with a deal which is set to be worth around £10million.
Locadia is currently sidelined with a groin injury, which was reported to be for two-months but HITC Sport understands that he could actually be playing again within a month – so West Brom have no concerns over the deal.

Locadia and his representatives are now locked in talks with West Brom over his terms and the move will be finalised before the transfer window closes on Wednesday evening.
West Brom boss Tony Pulis has been looking for extra pace and power, and Locadia will provide that as well as a goal-scoring threat as he can play anywhere across the forward line.
Locadia joined PSV from Willem II in 2010 as a teenager and has since come through the youth ranks at the Philips Stadion and has scored over 30 league goals in less than 100 games.
