Sunderland, Hull City and West Bromwich Albion are tipped to be the three most active Premier League clubs on transfer deadline day, by bookies SkyBet.

Hull City are priced at 5/2 to make the most signings, with West Brom at 4/1. Sunderland follow at 7/1.

Behind the trio are Everton at 10/1 and West Ham at 12/1.

Hull broke their transfer record yesterday by signing Ryan Mason from Tottenham Hotspur for £13 million, also adding Manchester United youngster Will Keane.

The Tigers have a thin squad due to injuries and poor planning earlier in the window which prompted Steve Bruce to quit as manager.

Sunderland were another side to change managers during the transfer window and David Moyes is desperate to make further additions to his squad, missing out on Mason to Hull.

West Brom meanwhile have made slow progress throughout the summer, although on Monday they clinched the signing of Nacer Chadli from Spurs.

Hull are fifth in the Premier League table after three games, West Brom 10th, and Sunderland 16th.
