The former Real Madrid star and D.C. United striker both make our Week 25 line-up along with the likes of Tim Howard and Ronald Zubar.

GK – Tim Howard (Colorado Rapids)

While the former Everton goalkeeper couldn’t prevent the Rapids from falling to a 2-1 defeat at Real Salt Lake on Friday night, he kept his side in the game until the final whistle by pulling off a spectacular late penalty save and three other big stops over the course of the 90 minutes.

RB – Keegan Rosenberry (Philadelphia Union)

The rookie right-back scored his second MLS goal in the Union’s 2-1 win at Columbus Crew SC on Wednesday night before impressing again in Saturday’s 2-0 home victory over Sporting Kansas City.

CB – Ronald Zubar (New York Red Bulls)

The French defender produced a commanding performance to help the Red Bulls’ secure a 1-0 home win over the New England Revolution, recording two tackles, four interceptions, three clearances and blocking two shots.

CB – Aurelien Collin (New York Red Bulls)

Collin was just as impressive as his compatriot against New England, racking up a match-leading six interceptions and eight clearances to help the hosts record both a clean sheet and three points.

LB – Ronald Matarrita New York City FC)

The Costa Rica international showcased his recent defensive improvement in NYCFC’s 2-1 loss at Orlando City SC on Sunday, making an incredible goal-line clearance to deny Kevin Molino a certain goal, as well as winning six tackles.

DM – Diego Chara (Portland Timbers)

The Colombian midfielder set up Lucas Melano’s goal in the Timbers’ 4-2 win over the Seattle Sounders at Providence Park, while also making three tackles and completing all but one of his 45 passes.

RW – Michael Barrios (FC Dallas)

The pacey Colombian bagged two goals in the final 30 minutes of Saturday’s Texas Derby at the Houston Dynamo to secure table-topping Dallas a 3-1 win.

AM – Luciano Acosta (D.C. United)

The Argentine playmaker scored one goal and set up two others on Saturday as the D.C. thrashed the Chicago Fire 6-2 at RFK Stadium.

LW – Kaka (Orlando City SC)

The Brazilian superstar opened the scoring in Orlando’s clash with NYCFC before netting the winning goal from the penalty spot after being brought down in the box by Maxime Chanot shortly after the hour mark.

ST – Yura Movivsyan (Real Salt Lake)

The Armenia international scored both of RSL’s goals in their win over the Rapids, although he missed out on the chance to complete a hat-trick in the 57th-minute after seconding a spot-kick attempt wide.

ST – Patrick Mullins (D.C. United)

Mullins didn’t run into the same problem as his RSL counterpart in D.C. United’s thumping of Chicago, finding the back of the net three times to give him five goals in seven games since being traded from NYCFC last month.
