HITC Sport understands Championship duo eyeing Slovenian star.
Championship duo Leeds United and Reading are eyeing moves for Slovenian international Matic Crnic, HITC Sport understands from sources close to the club.
Skilful winger Crnic came to the attention of a number of English clubs this summer after scoring twice for Domzale in their Europa League qualifying win over West Ham United last month.
Crnic impressed against Slaven Bilic’s men with a man-of-the-match display in the 2-1 win and he also played the full 90 minutes of the second leg 3-0 defeat to West Ham at London Stadium.

Scouts from several English clubs have been keeping tabs on Crnic and Leeds and Reading are hoping to steal a march on their rivals by making a move for the Slovenian.
Leeds and Reading are in the market for attacking reinforcements and they see 24-year-old Crnic as someone who could provide a valuable addition to their squads.
However, the English duo could face competition for Crnic’s signature with Croatian pair Hadjuk Split and Rijeka also interested in Crnic.
Domzale are now facing a battle to keep hold of Crnic and they are set to make a decision on his future this week.
