Leicester City have joined the race to sign Hal Robson-Kanu.

According to Sky Sports (live transfer centre, July 3rd 2016 at 17:12), Leicester City are the latest to eye a deal for free agent Hal Robson-Kanu.
The report claims that the Foxes are one of four Premier League clubs interested in signing the striker, with head of recruitment Steve Walsh watching him in action on more than one occasion this summer.
Despite being released by Championship club Reading after 12 years at the Madejski Stadium, Robson-Kanu was selected in Wales’ 23-man squad to participate in the European Championships this summer.

Not many expected much of the now free agent, yet the 27-year-old has been a real star in France thus far and played a key role in his nation’s 3-1 quarter-final victory over Belgium.
Robson-Kanu has notched two winning goals this summer, and as such his stock has risen incredibly with the Express accrediting Watford, Swansea City and Southampton with an interest.
The Hornets and the Swans in particular are in need of extra firepower up front, yet the opportunity to play Champions League football at Leicester could play a big role in his upcoming decision.

The East Midlands club have made no secret of their desire to add another forward this summer, and free agent Robson-Kanu could represent great value compared to players such as Watford’s Troy Deeney.
The Welsh attacker will no doubt be linked to a number of other clubs over the next few weeks, and his popularity may increase further as he prepares to face Portugal in the semi-finals.
