Barcelona have been linked with a move for the Everton defender in the past.
Funes Mori Argentina
Barcelona chief Robert Fernandez used Argentina’s clash with Venezuela on Saturday to scout Everton defender Ramiro Funes Mori, reports Catalan newspaper Sport.
The defender only joined Everton from River Plate last summer and enjoyed a solid if uninspiring first season in the Premier League.

In general he impressed, but at times struggled in an Everton defence that was heavily criticised under Roberto Martinez.
Nonetheless, he has been linked with a move to the La Liga champions this summer, with Mundo Deportivo reporting three weeks ago that his agent had met with Barca directors in Madrid.
They have long been interested in the Argentine defender and tracked him at River Plate before his move to Merseyside.

At present a move is unlikely to happen but they are still keeping track of his progress with a view to a move in future.
According to Sport, Fernandez recently took the chance to scout him when Argentina took on Venezuela in the Copa America on Saturday.
He was principally at the game to talk with Javier Mascherano, who has been linked with a move to Juventus (Daily Mail) but didn’t waste the opportunity to assess Funes Mori in person.
