Romelu Lukaku has previously hinted that he could be about to leave Everton.

According to a report on ESPN, Everton are preparing a contract offer for striker Romelu Lukaku.
Everton have promised new manager Ronald Koeman that they will do everything in their power to keep hold of their players and the plan to prove their commitment to the Dutchman by offering Lukaku improved terms.

Lukaku has already hinted that he would be open to a move away from Everton this summer, but the Toffees are keen to keep the Belgium international.
Lukaku netted 25 goals for Everton last season and he remains their biggest goalscoring threat.
The Toffees know that they face a fight to keep hold of the powerful forward, but they are willing to offer him improved terms in a hope of convincing the former Chelsea man to stay.

Lukaku could be key for Koeman’s Everton next season, as they aim to make a charge for a European spot, and if he is to be sold it is said that the Merseyside club would want around £60 million.
Lukaku is believed to want to play in the Champions League, with Chelsea his preferred destination if he does move on.
