Liverpool reportedly keen on Anderlecht star Samuel Bastien, young Belgian comments on his future

The youngster is currently on loan at Italian side Avellino.

Liverpool are continuing to be linked with a potential summer transfer approach for Belgian midfielder Samuel Bastien.

The Anderlecht owned attacking midfielder is currently out on loan at Italian side Avellino - where he has been catching the eye this season.

Now he is again being linked with a move to Liverpool or Juventus in the summer by Het Nieuwsblad in his homeland.

He is being dubbed the new Kevin De Bruyne in Italy and is reportedly available for a cut price deal of around €4 million.

Speaking to Het Nieuwsblad this weekend he mentioned his future - stating:

"I do not know if my future is in Anderlecht or abroad. Those are worries for later.

"Let me first finish the last few months"

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp will be looking to bring in some new players this summer in order to help implement his style at Anfield.

Bastien, who has played 24 times for the Serie B team and scored two times this season, would seemingly be one of the players he feels can do that job.

Anderlecht however might not want to lose a top young youngster without giving him a proper chance in their first team.
