The full-back could be about to join the club on loan.

It has been reported over the past 24 hours that one of Tottenham Hotspur's promising young options is heading out on loan to Dutch side Roda JC.

A report from Voetbal Primeur claims that the 18-year-old full-back has joined up with the Eredivisie side on their winter training camp as the club decide whether or not to keep him until the end of the season.

Tottenham and Roda recently agreed a deal to see players from their youth system head out to the Netherlands to develop in a first-team atmosphere - similar in fashion to the arrangement between Chelsea and Vitesse Arnhem.

Now the story has been backed up by a photo.

This picture, courtesy of Dutch journalist Twan Spierts on Twitter, shows the talented teen looking in relaxed style for training with the club this morning:

Walker-Peters is an England under-19 international who featured for the Spurs first-team during the pre-season campaign.

With that in mind he is a big prospect for the future at Hotspur Way and if he can impress for Roda there is no doubt he might be in for a great start to 2016 in Dutch football.
