Leeds United fans react on Twitter to Charlie Taylor's performance

Charlie Taylor impressed as Leeds drew with Derby County.

Leeds United made it six consecutive games unbeaten by drawing with Derby County, and can feel aggrieved not to have walked away with all three points.

One of the standout performers was Charlie Taylor, whose return to the side has coincided with the team's rise up the table to 12th place, having been as low as 19th in November.

The game also saw the return of Stephen Warnock to Elland Road for the first time, the player who at this point last season was keeping Taylor out of the team.

Warnock was sold by owner Massimo Cellino, and Taylor seized his chance, becoming one of Leeds' most important and consistent players.

From an attacking point of view, Taylor was the only one of the back four to create a chance for a teammate to score, while defensively he made one tackle and two interceptions. Perhaps most impressive were his surging runs forward, combining well with winger Stuart Dallas.

There is quite rightly a lot of attention of Sam Byram at present, who set up Leeds' second goal, and will continue to be until his future at the club is resolved, but Taylor's performances should not be ignored, and his efforts are certainly not unnoticed by supporters.

Here is a look at how fans reacted on Twitter to his display...
