Norwich City midfielder Gary O’Neil has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s defeat to Tottenham Hotspur away from home on Boxing Day.
The Canaries went down 3-0 to Spurs at White Hart Lane in North London in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
England international striker Harry Kane opened the scoring for Tottenham from the penalty spot in the 26th minute.
The youngster made it 2-0 on 42 minutes, and Tom Carroll wrapped up the three points with the home team’s third in the 80th minute.
O’Neil has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Norwich’s defeat, admitting that Tottenham are a good side.
Over the course of the 90 minutes at White Hart Lane, hosts Spurs had 60% of the possession, took 15 shots of which 10 were on target, and earned nine corners.
Visitors Norwich had 40% of the possession, took 11 shots of which just three were on target, and earned four corners.
