Tottenham are reportedly looking at TPS Turku teenager Kaan Kairinen.
According to Calcio Mercato, Tottenham are interested in signing TPS Turku midfielder Kaan Kairinen - but he may end up joining Juventus instead.
Spurs have gained a real reputation for developing young players under Mauricio Pochettino, with starlets such as Eric Dier, Dele Alli and Harry Kane all growing and improving at White Hart Lane.
All three of those players have been handed regular first-team football under Pochettino, and other young players around the world will be looking at Tottenham as an appealing place to play football, so signing more youngsters could be a smart idea for Spurs.
Now, Calcio Mercato report that Finnish teenager Kaan Kairinen is a target for Tottenham, having earned a promising reputation with TPS Turku.
The 16-year-old midfielder was featured in UEFA's 'weekly wonderkid' feature back in October, and having been compared to Finnish legend Jari Litmanen, it's clear that Kairinen is tipped for a bright future.
Spurs are now allegedly looking to sign Kairinen, but could miss out to Champions League giants Juventus, who appear to be leading the race for his signature.
Calcio Mercato state that wonderkid Kairinen is heading to Turin for a trial, with Juventus seemingly ready to hand him a contract if he impresses - but Spurs may be hoping that there is still time to bring him to North London.
