Confirmed: Chelsea line-up v Maccabi Tel-Aviv: Baba Rahman starts

Chelsea can qualify for the knockout stages of the Champions League today.

Chelsea take on Maccabi Tel-Aviv on Tuesday evening, at the Sammy Ofer Stadium in Haifa, Israel.

The Blues head into the game on the back of a 1-0 victory over Norwich City in the Premier League, looking to secure their passage to the knockout stages of the Champions League.

Jose Mourinho’s men can secure their qualification with a victory, as long as FC Porto defeat Dynamo Kyiv as well, and although Chelsea have been struggling for form this season, a victory is expected.

Tel-Aviv, managed by former Watford boss Slavisa Jokanovic, have not won a single point in the Champions League this season. They have scored only one goal, conceding 11 at the same time, and they lost 4-0 in the reverse fixture at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea, meanwhile, have won two and drawn one of their four group stage fixtures. Their only loss came to group leaders Porto, and achieving qualification after just five games would be a positive achievement given how the West London club have struggled domestically.

The Blues head into the game looking to continue their return to form after all the struggles they have faced this term, and this is how they line up to take on Maccabi Tel-Aviv.

Chelsea XI: Begovic; Azpilicueta, Cahill, Terry (c), Baba Rahman; Fabregas, Matic; Willian, Oscar, Hazard; Diego Costa

Subs: Blackman, Ivanovic, Zouma, Mikel, Loftus-Cheek, Pedro, Remy
