Dutch champions PSV Eindhoven and Feyenoord are monitoring Kane's situation at Chelsea, while several Premier League clubs are also keeping tabs on the former England Under-19 international's displays.
Kane is highly-rated at Chelsea, despite struggling to break into the star-studded Blues first-team, and was handed a new three-year deal in the summer.
Kane is currently on a season-long loan at NEC, but Chelsea can recall him in January and move him elsewhere if they get a suitable offer for him.
