Alvin Martin reacts on Twitter to West Ham win, makes pleasing comment

The West Ham legend has commented on the way in which the east London club are winning.

West Ham United icon Alvin Martin is delighted with how things are going at his former club after their 3-1 win at Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon.

The usual suspects in Dimitri Payet, Manuel Lanzini, Diafra Sakho and more shone at Palace as the Irons left south London with all three points.

And Martin isn't just delighted at West Ham's results - but how they are attaining those very results.

Plenty has been made of 'the West Ham way' recently and, while it's an abstract concept, the way things are going at Upton Park right now make it anything but rocket science.

It's simple: West Ham are attacking, they are winning and, as Martin says, they are entertaining.

Crystal Palace were unfortunate to see Dwight Gayle sent off but former West Ham boss Alan Pardew's side were still no match for the Hammers.

Next up for Slaven Bilic's men are Jose Mourinho's Chelsea, which should provide a tough test at the Boleyn Ground if the Blues are slowly making their way back to basics. But the east London club are going strong right now.
