Tottenham Hotspur send Kenneth McEvoy on loan to Stevenage Borough

The 21-year-old Irishman looks just like Gareth Bale.

This season has seen Tottenham Hotspur youngster Connor Ogilvie excelling at League Two side Stevenage Borough. The Hertfordshire side are managed by former Spurs striker Teddy Sheringham and the full-back has enjoyed his time at the Lamex Arena.

Spurs must be fairly happy with the way things have gone for Ogilvie at the club because they have now sent out another of their players to the club.

Tottenham agreed over the weekend to send winger Kenneth McEvoy out on a loan spell to the club.

The pacey wide man is a Republic of Ireland under-21 international who has previously enjoyed loan spells at both Peterborough United and Colchester United.

Despite his footballing talents he is perhaps best known for his appearance. The 21-year-old strikes a startling resemblance to former Tottenham Hotspur hero and current Real Madrid and Wales forward Gareth Bale.

The fact he is a left footed speedster probably helps with that comparison.

Stevenage will just be hoping that the young midfielder can be their very own Bale whilst on loan at the club.
