Clement has recently been appointed the new Derby boss following the dismissal of Steve McClaren last month.
Meanwhile, Ancelotti has lost his job as the Real Madrid boss after just two years in charge of the Spanish giants and despite wining the Champions League in the 2013-14 campaign.
The 43-year-old Clement has worked with the Italian tactician for many years, and he is looking forward to welcoming the former Chelsea and AC Milan boss at Derby next season.
“Carlo said he’s going to come to Derby and watch, I look forward to him seeing the team play,” the Englishman told The Sun.
Derby are expected to play free-flowing and attacking football under Clement, for whom this is the first managerial job of his career.
