West Bromwich Albion’s Jason Davidson reacts on Twitter to Melbourne Victory’s A-League triumph

Melbourne Victory’s A-League success appears to have impressed West Bromwich Albion’s Jason Davidson.

West Bromwich Albion defender Jason Davidson has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Melbourne Victory wining the A-League title.

Melbourne won the title for the 2014-15 season with a 3-0 victory over Sydney FC in the Grand Final today.

Besart Berisha broke the deadlock in the 34th minute at the AAMI Park in Melbourne, before Kosta Barbarouses and Leigh Broxham sealed the Championship, to go with the Premiers’ Plate, with second-half goals.

Davidson was following the match, and he was delighted to see Kevin Muscat’s side emerge victorious.

Davidson, who joined West Brom from Heracles Almelo in the summer of 2014, is a Australia international.

The 23-year-old has struggled for playing opportunities at The Hawthorns this season, making just two appearances in the Premier League.

Davidson’s current contract with West Brom runs out in June 2016, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.

West Brom are currently 13th in the Premier League table with 41 points from 36 matches.
